Marketplace error

I was in the Hive server when I decided to purchase an item in the game. I only had 60 tokens and the item costed 160 tokens but I had $20 dollars in my wallet so I had the sufficient amount of funds to purchase the item. The problem is that when I purchased $0.99 worth of tokens, I had to wait a long time before it stopped buffering. I then manually went to the token shop in which it continued my pervious purchase of $0.99 until it said I have made a successful purchase. But again I never received my 160 tokens. I proceeded to refresh my game and wait for a while before entering again into the marketplace and was not presented with what I have purchased. My wallet appears as though I have made a purchase now only having $19 but never received the item. And it appears as though I bought the item with having only 10 tokens remaining in my balance. I just want my tokens that I bought.
