               "body": "We found a similar problem which related only to Xbox users.\u00a0 Turned out the BedrockTogether app was the fault.\u00a0 When users moved to BedrockConnect the issue was resolved for our users.",

               "body": "For us, the issue is we don't use Bedrocktogether, but a bot that we've made that allows them to join. PlayStation players were able to join just fine, but Switch and XBOX players crash while loading in, despite there not being any textures or mods. ",

               "body": "It is an issue up to the latest version, however, the issue is only affecting Console players when they go to download resource packs that have multiple different packs in them (more than 4). I'm going to move this to the bedrock bug report as it is affecting realms and worlds with marketplace packs as well. It affects them if they have texture packs on (or add-ons with resource packs.)\r\n\r\nPrior made worlds and newly made worlds that have textures to download are affected by the issue. ",
