We joined his world and started a raid, when we had joined the world there were three armor stands in our house all full with netherite armor. We left the house to complete the raid in our iron armor in a village that we're literally a part of, and when we finished the raid and returned to our house all three armor stands AND the armor were gone. We lost three full sets of enchanted netherite armor. We looked it up and Google said that this bug had already been fixed, but as you can see it was not. About two years ago the same thing happened but I didn't pay much mind to it because it had just been iron armor, but this time it was too much to not notice.
