I asked Microsoft and your official customer service and they couldn't solve it, and finally they asked me to come here to ask.\r\n\r\nI have also tried these methods below, so don't ask me to try again.\r\n{code:java}\r\nCheck if there is a service outage. If so, it would be reported in the following sources:\r\n\u00a0\r\n@MojangStatus\u202fon Twitter\r\nPlayFab Status\r\nXbox Live Status\r\n\u00a0\r\nIf an outage has been reported, you will need to wait until the outage has been resolved.\u202fIf no service outage has been reported, you may need to verify the following:\r\n\u00a0\r\nPlease make sure your game is up to date and running the\u202flatest version of Minecraft.\r\nMake sure your Minecraft account is linked to a Microsoft account.
