               "body": "Hi @Kinga, found the solution to this problem.\r\n\r\nPlease try the following:\r\n * Ensure you have sufficient storage space available\r\n * Redownload the music pack from the store\r\n * Check that your volume levels are turned up (both in the game settings on on the device)\r\n * If that still doesn't fix the issue, you may need a fresh install of the game. Be sure to back up your data/worlds before reinstalling the game, and also redownload the music pack afterwards.",
