               "body": "This is not helpful. \u00a0You sent me to a list of other people having the same problem%+ this tells me it\u2019s an issue on your end. \u00a0We have spent hundreds on this game and you are failing to provide the services and product that was paid for. \u00a0Turning the LAN on and off doesn\u2019t work. \u00a0This is on the IPAD OS 14.7.1. \u00a0Minecraft version 1.17.11. What other suggestions do you have.\u00a0",
