      "description": "When login into my friends realm, i get stuck on loading.\u00a0 Especially on the part where it says building terrain.\u00a0 It goes extremely slow and after several minutes i get disconnected.\r\n\r\nThis started to happen ever since i was going into the Nether 2 days ago.\u00a0 While the game was loading into the Nether, this is where i got disconnected and can't get back in ever since.\r\n\r\nI did all the troubleshooting from your website and rebooted my console several times (include login out of my Microsoft account).\u00a0 Issue is still persisting.",
