               "body": "Found a solution.\u00a0 Like me you may have downloaded the security vulnerable version of vc_redist.x64.exe.\u00a0 Windows 10 and likely Windows server do not allow this to run.\u00a0\u00a0\r\n\r\nDownload the latest version from Microsoft: [https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0]\r\n\r\nUninstall all the other versions and reboot prior to installing the new one.\u00a0 Reboot afterward and you should be good to run the server, again.",
