Some people suggested to uninstall or restart the game or wait 24 hours and I've done everything but I still can't claim the cosmetics. I already have the achievement cosmetics on my xbox because I've also gotten the achievements on there and claimed the cosmetics on my xbox, but on my playstation I cannot get the cosmetics whatsoever even if I get the trophies. On my xbox, I bought a few cosmetics and they transferred over, but not my achievement cosmetics. If you could solve this issue that would be very helpful for me and a few other friends experiencing the same issue.
