      "description": "Server 2019\r\n\r\nBDS vers - 1.16.100.04\r\n\r\nFrom the player's end, there is one person who loses connection immediately.\u00a0 I'm on the LAN, and stay longer, but when you're breaking blocks, it doesn't show the damage animation before the block breaks.\u00a0 Eventually the block breaks, but unlike every other server disconnection i've seen, it takes a while (1-2 mins) to show as disconnected.\r\n\r\nThe server shows players as still connected when a 'list' is executed in the console.\r\n\r\nWhen the stop command is exec'ed, the server shuts down properly.\u00a0\u00a0 There's no windows logs that are of any help.\u00a0\u00a0 I did see one mention of the VSS writer was having problem because there wasn't enough storage...\u00a0 I've disabled the volume shadow copies.\u00a0\u00a0 Hopefully that fixes something, but it sure doesn't seem like it would",

               "body": "Disabled the VSS writer and no change.\r\n\r\nAll of a sudden, players will lose connection.\u00a0\u00a0 The server appears up, but until the server console is closed, then reopened, no one can connect.\r\n\r\nUpon issuing the STOP command, the server shuts down gracefully.\u00a0\u00a0\r\n\r\nThis DEFINITELY started happening with 1.6.100.",

               "body": "The console will close gracefully, upon STOP command is issued.\u00a0\u00a0 But no players are able to connect until BDS console is restarted.\u00a0\u00a0 I submitted a bug on this, and looked through the error reports, and someone has the same problem as me on Ubuntu.\u00a0\u00a0 So... yea.\u00a0 Something is wrong with BDS.\u00a0\u00a0 I've been running my server for over a year and never experienced anything like this.\u00a0\u00a0 It happens without rhyme or reason.\u00a0 Windows event logs show nothing wrong, because no application errors have occurred.\u00a0",

               "body": "Quick Edit is a function of Windows that pauses the console while you are selecting text. It will sometimes activate unexpectedly which causes BDS to stop processing.\r\n\r\nThe easiest way to identify quick edit mode is to check the title bar of the console, if it shows \"Select\" before the title text youve entered quick edit. This is true for both Powershell and Command Prompt.\r\n\r\n !Quick Edit.png|thumbnail! \r\n\r\nTo disable it, right click the title bar and go to properties, on the main \"Options\" tab, untick \"Quick Edit Mode\". Powershell and Command Prompt store this option separately so if you use both, make sure to disable in both.",
