               "body": "While I understand you don't believe it to be, this is going to be a config issue. There are no active bugs that prevent all non-local connections and all other reports that have asserted as much have been config related (usually Firewall).\r\n\r\nIf you're not able to connect on any other device but it works on the same device the server is hosted on I would start by checking your Windows Firewall configuration.",
