      "description": "Anytime we try to log into our ps4 minecraft accounts, we are told there is an error and kicked back to the title screen. The avatars won't load and the items we bought are not showing up either. We spent a lot of money on the game for our family, and this is a deeply pressing issue that seems to not have been addressed or dealt with yet. All of the time my family put into building their worlds and working together on projects is completely gone. What's worse is we can't even start a new world, because anytime we try, the game will just delete it immediately after closing out of the game.\u00a0\r\n\r\nI am begging you to find a solution to this. The ps4 version of MInecraft is full of bugs and loading issues and it is costing us so much to try and deal with it. I don't want to get a refund on this game yet, because it's such a wonderful pastime for my family and I. But if this can't be fixed then there would be no point in throwing our money into a hole.\u00a0\r\n\r\nPlease, please address this error in the game.\u00a0\r\n\r\nEagerly awaiting your response.",
