It appears to have happened straight after I downloaded the update that fixed the problem when switch users could not log in with their Microsoft account and use online features etc. The next time I played Minecraft, the software started, but remained on a black screen. It stays like this forever. If I try going to the home screen and closing the software, it takes about a minute and a half to actually close it, and then says 'software closed due to an error' or something like that. (I have the game card version of Minecraft). However, if I try playing Minecraft on a different account, it loads almost instantly and I can play Minecraft, BUT I don't have any of my worlds and skins and texture packs that I have spent hundreds upon hundreds of mine coins on .\u00a0 I have tried checking for corrupt data, I have tried rebooting and redownloading the software, but nothing seems to work. I am not willing to purchase a digital copy of Minecraft since it will probably come out with the same error and I'd have wasted \u00a320. Please fix this issue since it's affected many others, and if you are trying already because someone else has reported this, I urge you to do it with all your efforts.
