      "description": "Anytime I try to open the settings menu, run, jump,or force close the software, my switch freezes and I have to do a manual restart. It takes about 20 mins for me to get back onto the game to play and hope it won\u2019t freeze again. This only started happening right after the 1.16.20 update.
