I Have a problem.. I started a bedrock server for me and my friends to play and it didn't work out. It's something weird. I managed to join on my server (without lan) but all of my friends somehow can't. I Checked everything from port forwarding, Unable ports from firewall, Use a static ipv4 address, and use it on a domain ( i tried to fill in both of the domain and the ipv4 and both worked for me). My friends got a message "unable to connect" while I connect perfectly fine. what should I do? and is there anything to double-check?

Detailed Information:

{\\{I downloaded the bedrock dedicated server for windows then I extracted it. I modify the server properties ( unable cheats , name, ect) then I use the command }}CheckNetIsolation.exeLoopbackExempt -a -p=S-1-15-2-1958404141-86561845-1752920682-3514627264-368642714-62675701-733520436from the command prompt that most tutorials recommended me to

I run the server and tested it on my phone from lan. It worked. Then I port forwarded the port (19132) from my router 192.168.100.1 Huawei HG8245H then I shared my public IP and the port to my friends and tried joining the server without lan and we both can't join.

I kept searching for how to fix it and I found out that my firewall is blocking it. I unable the port 19132 from the Windows Defender Firewall- Advanced Settings and made new rules enabling port 19132 UDP and TUP from both inbound rules and outbound. And finally it worked! I was so damn happy I invited all of my friends to play. Everything was nice... for 1 day.

The next day we can't join the server. It was quickly fixed by changing the IP since my IP was dynamic. And then I tried to make a static IP. I don't know if this is the right way but I went to control panel- Network and sharing center click on my wifi and click Properties. click internet protocol version 4 and modify the IP from there. I also use a free domain No-IP. I test it right away and it worked for me. but little did I know all of my friends can't join.",
