      "description": "When I first bought the game, it would take forever to upload every Minecraft store cosmetic item. But eventually everything would load. It was about a week before the 1.16 Nether update, that the cosmetic items would never load. That included the customization menus for your Minecraft character. I\u2019ve left the Minecraft store open and running for hours and yet nothing will load.\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\nI\u2019d like to know if there\u2019s any way to fix this so I can use store items and skins.
