      "description": "me and my cousin have been playing this game splitscreen on my playstation. we play on different accounts, and today when i logged in with her her character wasnt on her account. when i looked at my characters, her character was loaded onto my characters, obviously meaning that she cannot play with me using her character. im so confused as to how or why this happened, and recently my game hasnt even been loading properly. if you can look into this and let me know the problem that would be great",
