      "description": "Hi Mojang I am a 13 year old Mexican boy and I want to report that I bought the version of Minecraft Pocket Edition during the version of the bees, after seeing that there was an update I went to the Play Store and updated it.\r\nAfter logging in and starting my Xbox account I was loaded with a tab that said \"loading texture pack\" and then the nether game background changed to a black and white one that said \"beta\" and a jungle biome with cats and pandas . After starting my Xbox account I could not play with my family member and the textures I bought did not load saying \"skin number 2 could not load\".\r\nEvery time I went out the phone was locked and after 2 minutes it would return to the start, when the same thing happened and I did not know what to do so I am here reporting this error and seeing if they can fix it for me.\r\nBy the way, the account I have only loaded on mobile and Xbox One Original 3 years ago and then on mobile.\r\nI hope they can solve it for me.\r\nThank you very much for your attention.",
