      "description": "signed up for a Microsoft account as it offers more features within Minecraft, however the sign-in credentials do not seem to work properly. I can sign in and play, however on leaving the game, none of my data or work is saved.\r\n\r\nAlso, I cannot access the following:: -\r\n # Servers\r\n # Realms\r\n # Achievements\r\n # the sign-in button from Microsft also disappears thus I can't sign in again.\r\n # It does not recognise the Microsoft credentials when in the system, and then prompts me for a Nintendo sign-in. Also, on then trying to sign-in on this Nintendo option, nothing happens so I am stuck!!\r\n\r\nThese issues are hindering me being able to play despite laying for these options, so please can you investigate and fix these issues. Also, please credit me for these losses.\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\nThanks.\r\n\r\n\u00a0",
