      "description": "Me and my friends had a minecraft world on PS4 which we could all join in and play. However since the new version of minecraft came out, (where it asks for the microsoft account) we cannot either sign in as it says \"We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft Account, but something went wrong\" OR if not signed in and press on Play - Friends - Join World it says that it is unable to connect to world.\u00a0\n\nPlease do help us as we've been trying to play the new version but we cannot.\n\nThanks",
