      "description": "I have the Minecraft launcher and have tried to log in to my account. I have also tried this on the website as well. I have put in the correct details each time. On the launcher it says that I have the invalid password or email which I know isn't true. On the website I go to the log in page. After I have put in the credentials and pressed log in, it just freezes and doesn't do anything. Everything is fully loaded on that page as well.\n\nI have reset my password multiple times to see if that would work, this was unsuccessful. I have also tried to reinstall the launcher through the try for free version. I am unable to log in no matter what I do. The only times I can log in is on another laptop or computer.\u00a0\n\nI know that I can run Minecraft because it used to work on my laptop.",
