               "body": "Hi [~zsgyimesi],\n\nThe information you've provided is rather contradictory. The \"Minecraft Server\" version you've listed (1.15.2) doesn't exist for the Bedrock version of the game (the game client that runs on Android, iOS, Xbox etc).\n\nJava is currently at version 1.15.2 and if you're running a Java server that explains why nothing can connect to it, for all intents and purposes they're two different games. But in that scenario Xbox shouldn't be able to connect either.\n\nPlease provide more information and screenshots.\n\nIonic",

So, the java version PC client can connect the java based minecraft server, and the Pocket version can connect to pocket server. Sorry, in this case this is not a bug, this is the expected behaviour.
