               "body": "Hi S W,\n\nThis sounds like a DNS issue on the client end, have you asked the user to try the IP instead of the DynDNS address?\n\nDNS updates can take up to 24 hours to replicate globally to every DNS resolver, its possible this one user was just using one that hadnt updated yet.\n\nIonic",

               "body": "The Picture says Invalid IP-Address.\n\nThe client tried it again without entering the Ip address and it worked. It was only when it happened during the day when on my side nothing changed with the DNS settings.\n\nThanks for the support\n\n\u00a0",
