      "description": "Hello, every time I attempt to log into my Microsoft account through AKA.MS I am greeted with \u201cWe\u2019re having trouble accessing your account\u201d and that I need to approve my Email through an \u201cAzure Active Directory user account\u201d which I am not sure what it is. This also does not allow my PS4 to log into my Microsoft account. Although I am able to sign into the XBOX app and log in normally. But it\u2019s the AKA.MS link and the sign in page on the game that won\u2019t let me log in. The full description is this.\u00a0\n\n(My email) \u201cfrom identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application '405e80fc-f8e6-40e6-b6b9-e5bcc7e6813e'(RedirectionUxProd) in that tenant.
