      "description": "I would like the Heist game in Minecraft with the skins and the world that I attempted to purchase for $2.99 (it has gone up to $8 now due to an incorrect error message)\n\nI pressed purchase Button but it said it was not purchasable due to no internet connection even though it was connected. I closed out of the game giving up on the purchase. Today I found out that the purchase went through on the credit card but all it did was buy the token but not the Heist game with skins at a \u00a0discounted rate. The price has gone back up now and I don't want to pay full price. Could you please assist with a refund of $2.99 or allow the purchase of the heist game at discounted price..
