      "description": "Dear Mojang Support,\nWhenever I boot up Minecraft, I have to wait for it everything to load since whenever I press a button within the first minute of being on it'll crash for some odd reason. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it's not helping. This has been going on for some weeks now and I'm not enjoying it. I don't know if Minecraft's code is corrupted or it's my phone. (I'm using a LG Aristo 3+). Can you please fix this? ",
