      "description": "When either my friend, or I try to use a skin from the Halo Mashup pack, it lets us equip it, but then says Limited usage. When we try to enter a world, even our own worlds, it says Multiplayer restricted, and doesn't allow us to enter the world. Why is this happening? Please fix this? I've found no help. This makes the store seem like a rip off because despite paying for it, it will not let us use the skins.",
