               "body": "Hi Konstantinos,\n\nThis is happening because you are running Windows 7. BDS will only run on supported versions of Windows 10, Server 2016, Server 2019 and Ubuntu 18.\n\nI don't however have an official source for this so I'll leave this issue open for you just in case it turns out to be wrong (but in the meantime, if you want to run a server, an upgrade to Windows 10 will do it).\n\nIonic",
