      "description": "Since I\u2019ve purchased the iPad app, I have nothing but trouble. \u00a0I purchased a small amount of coins, but they are missing now. It doesn\u2019t remember my updates to my character, it always goes back to the default. \u00a0I have never been able to access the market place.
