      "environment": "Hello,\n\nWe purchased Minecraft again, so we could have it on our tablet for our son. We already have it installed on our laptop. When we try to open and load Minecraft on our tablet it loads and shuts down on the first screen. I was under the impression we purchased and installed the correct version for the tablet. Please assist troubleshooting.",
