I've not seen it in any of the latest versions of BDS.\n\nTo address the comment too, I've taken up helping out in the BDS section so you should see affected versions coming across to here now (and a closer eye on bug reports to keep it a tad cleaner :)\n\nIonic",

               "body": "I've not heard back from you in a while.\n\nIn order to keep the Bedrock Dedicated Server project running smoothly I'm going to request this issue be closed as *Awaiting Response*.\n\nNever fear though!                "body": "I think I might be experiencing this issue as well.\r\n\r\nI'm running a BDS in ubuntu. There are 2 villages within running distance if the spawn point. The closer of the two had a farmer, but no other villagers or iron golem. The further one has no villagers at all, and two horses in a barn. The server was installed and setup yesterday, 15 May 2020.\r\n\r\nDoes there need to be something like \"spawn-npcs=true\" in the server properties file?",

               "body": "If you have a way to reproduce feel free to provide detail reproduction steps in the comments but it doesn't sound like your issue is the same.\r\n\r\nVillagers were spawning (as evidenced by the farmer). Its important to note that at any time that the village is loaded, villagers can be killed by mobs so if the villages are nearby while you do other work it can give hostile mobs time to kill the villagers.\r\n\r\nAny reproduction steps would also need to be specific to BDS for it to be a valid BDS bug. If its possible in Singleplayer/Multiplayer as well it would be a game bug instead.",
