      "environment": "On the Nintendo Switch version of Minecraft, connecting to a friends server almost always results in a \u201ccould not connect\u201d and the process is all too complicated. Please look into this, as many of us have bought the game solely for the multiplayer feature. It\u2019s already bad enough that the switch version is bugged out.",
