      "description": "We are running Minecraft pocket edition on 3 iPads & 1 iPhone. All iPads took the update last week & since then have been stuck on the loading screen. I hadn\u2019t taken the update yet on the iPhone therefore opened the game ok & then took the update only to find that it also stuck on the loading screen. Can you please advise how this issue can be rectified? I have 2 very upset children waiting to continue building their worlds!!\n\nmany thanks for your help",

               "body": "Have the same problem on two iPads at my house. One of them started getting stuck on the loading screen 2-3 weeks ago. The other one which is updated more often started getting stuck today. My child and I are pretty frustrated. Restarting our devices did not help, and haven't found any work around.\n\nThere are reports in other places online of people experiencing this issue.
