               "body": "Hi Laura,\n\nWhat your family is experiencing could be caused by a number of different problems that appear, as far as I can tell, to be unsolved in the current version (0.10.5 for Android and 0.10.4 for iOS).\n\nThis bug has already been identified in our system: MCPE-7837 so I've marked you ticket as a duplicate. That ticket has been fixed, but the fix won't be out until the next release (version 0.11) which does not yet have an official release date (and I don't have any information about one, I'm just a volunteer moderator for this bug reporting tool). \n\nYou can also read more about this issue in [this post|http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/support/minecraft-pocket-edition-support/2281997-my-world-cant-be-opened] in minecraftforum.net.\n\nI recommend reading through the minecraftforum posts to see if there's anything that might work for your son's device.  \n\nI'm trying my best to figure out if there's something common to all these \"<Worldname> can't be Opened\" errors, but I haven't got anything concrete yet.  I'll reply on the minecraftforum and on MCPE-7837 if I find anything. ",
