Kirby! So nice to see you eating again--you must be famished. People might be surprised how tricky it's suddenly become to make a "Kirby eating" gag that doesn't feel too similar to previous ones. There's no major closure or shake-up in this strip, but I did want to do at least one more of these types of jokes before wrapping it up. So it's just for fun today!
The Brawl in the Family: The Complete Collection Kickstarter is doing incredibly well so far! Thank you guys so much for your support--not just now, but over the years of doing this. We managed to hit our goal in a mere two days, so now it's time to start hitting those stretch goals! And remember, this Kickstarter is the only way to be guaranteed a Volume Two or Three since I'm not ordering very many extras beyond that.

We have added a PayPal option too, so those of you who prefer that will have the opportunity to get books as well. The PayPal money will go towards the stretch goals, too.
And guess what else I gots for ya?

It's back! This special, super-sized episode (albeit a super-late one) goes into the details of the fun stuff Matthew played at E3...and also a more in-depth discussion about the comic's impending end! A few comments here and there are out of date, but you guys should get a kick out of it. In fact, despite being a bittersweet subject, this podcast soon gets quite silly, and the guys clearly had a lot of fun recording it.
[Act 1] Introduction (00:01)
[Act 2] Giant E3 Blowout! (01:18) - The boys chat it up about Nintendo's big games in depth!
2-1: Super Smash Bros for 3DS (4:55)
2-2: Bayonetta 2 (10:22)
2-3 Hyrule Warriors (13:40)
2-4: Mario Maker (20:29)
2-5 : Kirby and the Rainbow Curse (24:29)
2-6: Yoshi's Wooly World (27:33)
2-7: Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker (30:37)
[Intermission] "My Potty is Ready: Matthew's Impromptu Meetup with NOA's Number One" (32:28) -- This is a tale for the ages, folks. Cringe along with Chris as Matthew makes not-the-worst-decision upon seeing one Mr. Reggie Fils-Aime.
2-8: Splatoon (37:50)
2-9: The Legend of Zelda (46:53)
2-10: Super Smash Bros. for Wii U (54:15) - Matthew discusses each of the playable newcomers in depth! It's not hard to guess his favorite though.
[Act 3] Comic Talk: Ending Brawl in the Family [Part 1] (1:28:26) - Chris interrogates Matthew on what will undoubtedly be the stupidest decision of his career.
[Act 4] Meeting With Nintendo (1:32:30) - Matthew chats it up about his meeting with his favorite company at E3 regarding his upcoming musical game, Tadpole Treble!
[Act 5] Comic Talk: Ending Brawl in the Family [Part 2] (1:35:09) - What's planned for the comic ending? What's going on with the new books? Matthew remains somewhat tight-lipped but they still have a good time.
[Act 6] Leftovers: Shootin' the Breeze (1:45:26) - Chris chats about his latest escapades, and everyone's having a good time. Especially when they talk about Hakan making people feel strange.
[Act 7] Epilogue: Donkey Long (1:47:34) - Things reach a strangeness climax in this wrap-up. Enjoy the bizarre mental image at the end, and thanks for listening!
Also, every comic from this point on (well, since 590, really) will involve something pretty major involving BitF, and/or some sort of extra bonus like the Podcast above. Wow, it took awhile to type up this blog post. I shouldn't be doing this at 5 AM, but it was hard to sleep tonight because I'm under the weather.
